Visitors USPB

Are you visiting Utrecht Science Park Bilthoven (USPB) soon? Your contact person must always register you as a visitor.

Your contact person

registers you as a visitor
informs you of the obligation to show identification
reserves a visitor parking space for you, if necessary, and informs you of the USPB parking policy.

On the day of your appointment

report to the reception at the main entrance (Antonie van Leeuwenhoeklaan 9)
give the name of your contact person at USPB person
after showing identification, you will receive a visitor's pass, map and house rules in Dutch or English
the reception will inform your contact person by telephone that you have arrived and will arrange whether you will be picked up or go to your appointment yourself.

Public transport

Are you coming by public transport? Great! We recommend using 9292 or the NS journey planner. Campus bikes and other rental bikes are available at Bilthoven station (approximately 10 minutes by bike). Buses also depart regularly for USPB.

Own transport

For your navigation, use the address: Antonie van Leeuwenhoeklaan 11 or 13 (and not 9).

Parking

There is a special visitor car park for visitors: P4. This is located diagonally opposite the main entrance, on the other side of Antonie van Leeuwenhoeklaan.

You report to security via the intercom at the barrier for P4. Once you have registered, security will open the barrier for you.

We cannot guarantee there is a parking place for you. Due to the limited number of parking spaces, we advise you to come by public transport.

Contractors

Are you coming to carry out work at USPB as a contractor? Your contact person will inform you of our regulations. The USPB safety film is a permanent part.
